YOUR SPOT AWAITS

This retreat has been intentionally created as a chance to ground, connect, and awaken. In early May, when the sun is warm and the ocean is inviting, we gather in beautiful Hiriketiya Beach for five nourishing nights together.

We’ll settle into a coastal sanctuary and move through yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing sessions, and spacious rest—an experience designed to restore you from the inside out. It’s a week to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself.

I’ve done everything I can to make this experience meaningful, affordable, and accessible—and I’d truly love for you to be part of it.

What Others Have Experienced

“I’ve joined two of Bobby Hancock’s retreats — one in Japan and the latest in sunny Hiriketiya, Sri Lanka. With just 12 of us, the group felt like a wholesome, supportive community. We shared nourishing meals, practiced yoga and meditation daily, and deepened our connection to the practice in such a meaningful way.

Bobby’s teaching is masterful: thoughtfully paced, varied, and deeply grounding, with meditation, flow, yin, and breathwork woven throughout the week. There was also plenty of free time to relax, explore, surf, journal, or simply enjoy the beach and villa.

From chanting in a sacred cave monastery to kayaking through tropical rain, the experience was rich, memorable, and full of joy. I left feeling stronger, clearer, and more at peace.

Would I go again? Just give me the dates — I’m there.”
